What’s your coaching style?
High energy but will push you! I feel as though there is nothing more motivating than someone that can keep the energy high as they are going through the workout with you. My goal is for everyone to walk out feeling more energized than when they walked in!
Why do you coach?
I coach because one of the biggest blessings we have in life is being able to move our bodies in ways that feel good. I love motivating people to become more confident in themselves and how they move through grinding it out! I am so excited to get my sweat on with everyone!
What’s your favorite thing about fitness?
My favorite thing about fitness is the ability to see progress and improvement every time you step into the gym/studio. Even if it’s slight, showing up and getting it done helps with our growth every day!
