What’s your coaching style?
I am an enthusiastic coach that pushes students both physically and mentally in a safe and fun environment. Boxing class should be a place where you can get a great workout while also learning a life-long skill. As such, my classes are high-intensity with interspersed break periods to learn different techniques.
Why do you coach?
I believe that combat sports can help instill a sense of self-confidence, along with discipline and humility. Self-defense is an important skill for everyday life, yet few have the necessary knowledge to protect themselves. Because boxing and martial arts have been an influential part of my life, I want to do my part to share this knowledge with others!
