Why do you coach?
When coaching I aspire to empower students in cultivating a mind-body-prana connection. My classes are mindful in that each exercise flows into the next, allowing students space to build heat (fire) and burn what is no longer working, essentially strengthening, grounding and creating space for love and solace.
Release, spread love and relish in the sweetness of life!
