What’s your coaching style?
I am trained in Hatha Yoga, which is a style of yoga specially geared towards deep breath control, stretching, and slow flow. I am a gentle teacher with a focus on the internal experience of the practice.
Why do you coach?
I love to coach because it makes me feel so embodied and getting to lead people in any way is such a privilege!
