Why do you coach?
Coaching can be one of the most demanding and rewarding jobs. There are highs and lows throughout, however the most important thing is being there for the individuals and playing an influential role in their development both athletically and “off the field.” At the end of the day, many of the lessons we teach as coaches will stay with them for the rest of their lives. I believe for the reasons above, this is why coaching is one of the best careers!
