What’s your coaching style?
I like to get in there and have fun. We are all trying to reach fitness goals and I want you to be excited to come back to the gym and enjoy the journey!
Why do you coach?
I coach because I enjoy seeing people pushing towards their goals and I really like seeing people work together. Working hard should be fun, and I hope to continue sharing that message!
What’s your favorite thing about fitness?
I like reaching that feeling where you’re just pushing yourself, your mind is clear and it goes from difficult to something you are enjoying. I also like knowing that I achieved something at the end.
