Motivational and Demanding. I want you all to show up each morning ready to work and ready to become a better, healthier, and more fit version of yourself. I will work to the best of my ability to motivate you each day of class.
Why do you coach?
I experience joy when individuals realize their own strength and are able to achieve their goals.
What’s your favorite thing about fitness?
Being a former athlete, I have always enjoyed working out and sports. My new fitness journey began during the height of COVID-19 when I realized that I wanted to change my lifestyle and become more active. During this time I fell in love with working out again, and joined a virtual workout group that met weekly. Can you guess the type of workouts that we did? Yep, they were H.I.I.T workouts! I enjoy starting my day with a workout that will leave me tired, energerized, and ready to take on the day.
