Gentle, focused, challenging, and inclusive

Why do you coach?
I strive to help my students feel centered, rejuvenated and free of pain. My goal is always to help you feel better in your own body.

What’s your favorite thing about fitness?
I love that fitness can be different things for different people — an hour long sweaty workout, a few minutes of gentle movement, running because you are late to class or chasing around a toddler! Moving your body is an important and wonderful part of life.
